Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Slot Tech AI mobile application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Prosperity Gaming Ltd, a company registered in Ireland, trading as Slot Tech AI ("we", "our", or "us").

Slot Tech AI is an AI-powered technical assistance platform designed for casino slot machine technicians. The Service provides:

• AI-driven troubleshooting assistance for slot machine hardware, software, and error codes.
• Access to a curated knowledge base of technical documentation and repair procedures.
• In-app training modules and quizzes to support technician development.

The Service is intended for use by qualified casino gaming technicians in a professional capacity.

Access to Slot Tech AI requires a paid monthly subscription, billed on a recurring monthly basis through one of two channels:

• Web (slot-bot.net): $49 USD per user per month, processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Cancel anytime from the in-app billing settings or the Stripe billing portal.
• In-app (iOS / Android): $49.99 USD per user per month (or the local-currency equivalent shown at purchase), billed to your Apple or Google account and subject to the respective store's payment terms. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; store purchases are also subject to Apple's / Google's refund policies.
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law or the app store's own policy.

Responses provided by the Slot Tech AI assistant are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude and/or OpenAI models) and are intended as a technical reference aid only.

• AI responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
• All AI-generated guidance must be verified against the official manufacturer documentation, service manuals, and applicable regulatory requirements before being acted upon.
• The Service is a supplementary tool and does not replace professional judgement, formal training, or certified service documentation.

Casino slot machines involve electrical systems, mechanical components, and regulated financial transactions. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for following all applicable safety procedures, employer policies, and jurisdictional regulations when working on gaming equipment.
• The Service does not replace formal technical training, certification programmes, or manufacturer-approved service procedures.
• We are not liable for any injury, property damage, regulatory violation, or financial loss arising from actions taken based on information provided by the Service.
• Never work on live electrical equipment without proper authorisation and appropriate personal protective equipment.

Each subscription is for a single named user. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying us immediately at support@slot-bot.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access the Service under a single subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content for redistribution or resale without our express written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app's billing settings or by contacting support@slot-bot.net. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content within the Service, including but not limited to the AI knowledge base, training materials, interface design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Slot Tech AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
